At Mindset, my life coaching services are always customized to you and your needs. Life coaching doesn’t have to be an intimidating experience and you don’t have to have a specific goal in mind. Simply come as you are – I’m here to help you figure it out.

As a neurodiverse, highly sensitive person and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have experience navigating a lot of the obstacles my clients wish to work on. Whether you are navigating the grief of parent loss, being happily married then unhappily married, divorce, parenthood, postpartum anxiety, coming out and the journey to healing your inner child, breaking free from people pleasing, or creating healthy boundaries with loved ones—I’ve been there and I’m here for you. I’ve felt heartbreak, uncertainty, loss, breaking down and building again, falling in love, taking the scary leaps and so much joy and a lot of tears too.

I’m here to go on all of these journeys with you. You are not alone.

I create an environment in which there are no expectations for who you need to be. At Mindset, life coaching is all about helping you be the best and most fulfilled version of yourself, not about fitting yourself into a box or into the image of how society defines success. Life Coaching Pricing

$150 for a 1-hour session
$100 for 30-minute half-session
Mindset’s life coaching services don’t require lengthy commitments or four-figure packages. While most clients are best served by weekly sessions for at least 2-3 months, you can schedule sessions at your own pace. If you have financial hardship, apply for my limited number of need-based adjusted-rate sessions.
